I am 19 years old and recently had the privilege of beginning to learn how to paraglide with Lisa from Extreme Air. This was an incredibly rewarding experience that I could not recommend highly enough. Lisa is an amazing instructor that allowed myself, and everyone else in my group, to feel safe and motivated as they learned this new skill. I completed the PG1 course over the 7th to 9th of January in 2019, and found the Lisas teaching of this course to be very well structured and engaging. Over these 3 days, I felt that I developed a good grip of both the theory and practical skills while feeling safe and within my comfort zone at all times. I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to have developed such a great foundation to this exciting new sport as a result of Lisas exceptional teaching, and am excited to pursue my PG2 qualification with her in the future!
