(Translated by Google) One of my worst encounters in New Zealand. Not even worth one star! First: The garage is very untidy, cluttered with lots of junk and there was a bottle of alcohol on the desk. The mechanic was unhelpful and treated us like silly little kids or sometimes ignored us. (We are normal people: I work in elementary school and my partner as an industrial clerk) We stood outside for about 30 minutes and waited for him because he didn't comment. After a while he came up to me and spoke to me very quickly and very angrily, using a lot of technical terms. Since I'm not a native speaker, I asked him to speak more slowly and clearly. But he enjoyed exposing me. He got quite aggressive, yelled at us and leaned into the car over us. We were really afraid that he would want to hit us. We decided to look for another workshop and quickly left! There are many workshops in this street that are helpful, well organized and friendly! NEVER GO HERE! Zuerst: Die Garage ist sehr unordentlich, vollgestellt mit viel Schrott und auf dem Schreibtisch stand eine Flasche Alkohol. Der Mechaniker war nicht hilfsbereit und hat uns wie dumme, kleine Kinder behandelt oder teilweise ignoriert. (Wir sind normale Leute: Ich arbeite in der Grundschule und mein Partner als Industriekaufmann) Wir standen ca. 30min drauen und haben auf ihn gewartet, weil er sich nicht geuert hat. Nach einiger Zeit kam er auf mich zu und hat er sehr schnell und sehr bse mit vielen Fachbegriffen mit mir gesprochen. Da ich kein Muttersprachler bin, bat ich ihn langsamer und verstndlicher zu sprechen. Doch er genoss es, mich blo zu stellen. Er wurde ziemlich aggressiv, schrie uns an und lehnte sich ber uns ins Auto. Wir hatten echt Angst, dass er uns schlagen will. Wir haben uns entschieden, eine andere Werkstatt zu suchen und sind schnell weggefahren! Es gibt viele Werksttten in dieser Strae, die hilfsbereit, gut organisiert und freundlich sind! GEH NIEMALS HIER HIN!
