The Views Were Absolutely Fabulous n The Place Was Very Nice ... I Dont Recommend To Stay There Again As The Managers Of The Propety Were Very Appalling The Utterly Disappointing To There Customers, There Service Was Very Bad As They Dont Answer To Your Phone Calls Or Reply To Texts ... We Were Told That The Reason They Never Responded Was Because They Couldnt Get Reception On There Cellphone. If Your Going To Run A Business Im Sure You Could At Least Get A Homeline And Have Someone To Answer Calls Or Take Messages ... Please Do Not Let This Happen Again In The Future & Upgrade Ur Service With A Homeline Phone ... Thanks

not en-suit, terrible mattress, lovely view, shared accommodation rather than hotel, carers live with guests so you feel like you are living inside someone's house, they are nice but don't speak a word of English. Booked a room for three, got a room for two, and a small one at that. Rude landlady told me to shut up when I asked for an extra blanket, pillow and mattress for the third (paying!) person. Horrible attitude, very bad experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone. It is about twenty minutes ride from Queenstown, ok if you have a car, no public transport otherwise.
