        I waited for 20 minutes on the seat closest to the pickup point. I saw the driver pull in. I got up immediately and started wheeling my bags to the gap in the fence to board the bus. He drove off without stopping! Very unimpressed I have been told I have to wait another 35 minutes for him to come back.

        Arrived at the park at the right time and straight onto the shuttle. Great service. Arrived back at the airport today and no problems getting through formalities but that's were the good stuff stopped. Arrived out at the shuttle stop at 3:10pm and didn't get on the shuttle until 3:58pm. 40 plus minute's is to long between shuttles when you have flown over 3 hours and still have a drive of 1 hour 45 ahead of you. Hopefully the service can get back to around 20 minutes
