Tilemax Queenstown

Very disappointed with their customer service. I purchased some outside schist tiles and when they turned up they looked nothing like the photos online. When I tried to return all unopened boxes, they said we'd only be entitled to 50% return. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said I'll try and sell them so they are not out of pocket, asking if they have any customers looking for the product to please refer us to them. I got no response, and when I tried to return them a 2nd time after a year of collecting dust in our garage, they have refused with 0 empathy that we are completely out of product, with a product they sold us which is nothing like their advertised pictures. Shop somewhere else.

Tilemax has been so great to deal with - we are tiling our bathroom and had minimal time to get tiles sorted and ordered, we have been super impressed with their communications and thoroughness. Bex was really friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. Thanks for your help

Tilemax in Queenstown is an awesome shop for Tiles. So much in the way on selection and latest trends. Karl and Becks have been awesome helping with our tile selections and cant recommend them highly enough.

We couldnt be happier with the service we received from Tilemax Queenstown. From our first encounter to the end result. We were getting ideas together for the new house we were building when we first went into the Tilemax Queenstown showroom. We didnt really know what we wanted just that we wanted tiling in the entry, 2 bathrooms and kitchen, and we didnt have any idea of the quantities we needed, actually we just didnt know where to start. Karl and Becks were amazing they guided us through the whole process. They took our ideas into consideration and with their expertise, knowledge of the industry and latest trends presented us with some options for our new home that we absolutely loved, this made it easy to make a final decision and put an order in place. We sent Karl our new build plans and he calculated the quantities we required. The tiles were then ordered into the Tilemax Warehouse. Once our site was ready to receive the tiles Tilemax arranged delivery to site for us. But the service didnt stop there, they recommended a tile laying company who did an amazing job, when our electrician asked technical questions about the underfloor heating and the shower installer had queries that we couldnt answer Karl was happy to talk to these trades people himself on our behalf. We have been in our new home for two months now and everyone who has visited us has commented on how amazing the tiles look. Thankyou Tilemax Queenstown you exceeded our expectations. We will never shop anywhere else for tiles and we would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending your business to anyone in future.
