        Awful experience. I asked them to pay for storage. I called them for many days.But they never answered the questions that how much should I pay. In the end they ask me to pay for those days storage fee. They sell cars to scrape car companies and ask money from both side. Even after paid, they still keep coming out new reason for ask you to pay. If your car dead, you'd better refuse to tow to this place.

        They never allowed me to come and empty my car after being towed. Called them daily for two weeks but they were just never available
