        This shop was nice. But step by step it's turn below average. Look like don't care about customer, lot of product was available, like magic the gathering cards, un nothing in shelves. Definitely was better with previous employees, now I don't spend any dollars anymore here

        Spoke to one gentleman at the front desk about a issue and he gave me helpful service and put a lot of effort into helping with my issue. Amazing service. Thank you Jordan. Will be buying all gaming stuff with eb games just for this effort. Adding to this review 1 year later. Had outstanding customer service from Lara. Came in to the store right on close and she still went above and beyond to help me. If I could give her more then 5 stars for that I would. Thank you
