Alps 2 Ocean Cycles Limited

Outstanding experience. Five bikes for five people of different sizes and abilities - all were great. Trevor suggested the larger panniers and he was right, it made the trip so much easier. The bike trailer carried the bikes with their panniers so we all could hop in the car between destinations. His knowledge and experience probably saved us a whole heap of pain. We all had a magical time.

Average quality bikes - not good enough for all the trail sections. Some of them were not properly serviced and greased. But the worst part is they don't provide any lights - we struggled to get to town and lost on track couple of times without any light.

Thanks to the team at Alps 2 Ocean Cycles Ltd. We arrived late one afternoon and they were happy to fix us up with bikes , helmets and pannier as well as arrange transfer to Duntroon for the commencement of our day ride the next day. The location was not obvious and the bike section of the smash repair business not obvious at the start either, but once we found them they were helpful. Our ride was fabulous but probably a but harder than we thought. The scenery was spectacular and the signage on the Alps2Ocean cycle trail was good. At the end of the day the team were happy to transfer us back to our accommodation which we really appreciated as it had been a long ride with lots of uphill. Thanks again!
