After years of living with chronic injury I was recommended to see Jonathan. During my 12 sessions with this great man, Jonathan has helped to release many years of tension and trauma stored within my body. His ability to listen to the story behind the injuries and then use that information to build a clear picture of what is going on with the body and muscles is what sets Jonathan apart from other health practitioners. After breaking my ankle and having surgery, finding Jonathon has been an absolute silver lining in an otherwise devastating situation as a hiking & cycling guide. I've seen many practitioners before, especially living in London, but no one compares to Jonathon - I wish I could have him with me travelling around the world! His expertise, and ever-evolving, deep passion for his practice, and for helping people, is so clear. With every session Jonathon helped to break down layers of pain and tension in my ankle, and beyond the treatment took time to listen and guide me through mindset tools to appreciate remain hopeful in a full recovery. Jonathon has been integral to the amazing progress I've made and I cannot thank him enough for the care, kindness, and support he showed me. I can't wait to be back in Wanaka (hopefully without an acute injury!) but to simply come for some general treatment, he is magic.

Such a great spot! Have trouble with migraines and tension from work and the treatments have helped me heaps, I noticed it even after the first session, will be back again and again, Jonathon is fab!
