I contacted Chris after I had seen so many positive reviews. Chris was willing to help me with some basic site-planning feedback on some lots in Wanaka I was considering purchasing. His thoughts and expertise were exactly what I was looking for prior to making a decision. I will go back to him once we have a lot ready to go.

We unreservedly recommend Chris Norman and his talented tight-knit team. Chris was our architect of choice after commissioning concept drawings from three well-regarded local architects. We had provided a brief for the home we wanted to achieve and a firm view on budget. The design concept that Chris submitted was outside the square in delivering to that brief. Not only did Chris provide architectural design flair, he was also very good to work with. He listened carefully, and designed accordingly. Chris has a reputation for attention to detail. What that meant for us was no unpleasant surprises during the build, because he had discussed our options prior to committing us to them. The whole process from concept to completion went smoothly. We couldnt be happier with the result and if we ever build again we will go straight back to Chris Norman.
