Adventure Car Rentals Wanaka

We found Adventise Car Rentals extremely rude and quite unhelpful.. My friend was the one hiring the vehicle and she was treated like a child, the tone and manner of Vicky was very unpleasant to deal with. Will not be using Adventure Car Rentals again or recommending them.

Rental cars are quite hard to come by at the moment, especially if you have a budget, so we were very grateful when the team had just what we were looking for! We then had a little car trouble and Vicki went above and beyond to help us, luckily catching her on her way home she came to us and helped us then and there. Wonderful and friendly customer service. So glad we chose them for our trip to Wanaka!

I wos wos so happy with the service and help they gave me I broke down in my own car and i gave them a ring after closing and they didn't say no they came and got me from we're I wos got me on the road agen without saying no top people will go back to them agen thanks again keep the good work going
