        Receptionist was rude. On more than one occasion, (came in before Xmas and got yelled at from a distance and told to come back next year and laughed out of there) On this occasion she told me to come in to talk to the mechanic, so I came in, the mechanic said he couldnt take any customers - which is fair enough. But her incompetence could have saved a 30 km trip for what was a 2 min conversation when I got there.
