Great customer service. Tanya helped me deliver a Christmas present to my girlfriend who is currently travelling through New Zealand. I wanted it to be a surprise and had a short time window in which I knew she would be in Wanaka. Tanya helped me with finding a gift and helped by personally delivering it to her address. All in all a very good experience and a great example of NZ kindness.
