Room was dated but comfortable. Long hall from the carpark across grass and upstairs to room carrying bags - would have been a problem if it was raining. The bath had a dirty ring around it from previous use which I had to clean off before use. Told the receptionist on checkout next morning who couldn't have cared less .. not even an apology. Comfy beds and good location.
