Hired Dan to pressure clean all my outside decking at our holiday home in Queenstown. Very helpful during initial consultation advising what was needed as the decks had not been properly cleaned for many years. Did an fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Dan and his team from Southern Lakes Water Blasting have done an excellent job cleaning and rejuvenating our deck, brick pathway and patio and treating the lichen growth on our roof. From the initial inspection through to quote and job done, SLWB have been professional, efficient and reliable. Dan's communications have been prompt, courteous and customer focused. We would highly recommend SLWB and use use them again. Dan and and his team returned to water blast the treated/dead lichen from the roof. It was a tricky operation as access to the rear of the property was difficult and required manoeuvering a cherry picker between trees/plants and making sure the supports didn't damage brick paving. Dan took care not to damage anything and still make sure he could position the cherry picker to do the optimum job - which he did. He was also careful about how much pressure to apply, given our roof type, while removing the maximum amount of lichen. The result was an excellent job. Dan and his team were polite, responsive and cleaned up afterwards. We would highly recommend Southern Lakes Water Blasting.
