        I love The Body Garage! It is professional, friendly, welcoming and has really great teachers - whether you would like more yin, slow and focused classes to more yang, active and dynamic, there is a teacher and a variety of classes to suit every body for pilates and yoga, or a blend. I also wish I had babies again to attend the mums n bubs classes on offer. The location and space is peaceful and restful and I highly recommend The Body Garage to all .

        I love the Body Garage. I look forward to it each week. They offer such a diverse range of classes. I loved the 1:1 Pilates. it was really personalized and professional. Laura is a great coach and Massage therapist. Her background as a physio adds great value to her massages and classes . The whole team offer such a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere at the studio which makes this business such a great place.
