Wir sind hingefahren, haben weniger als 5 Minuten gewartet und wurden von einer sehr kompetenten rztin beraten + dem Baby geholfen. Einfach super!

The whole centre is super busy, unless you are in serious danger, dont come here, it will take forever, I came around 10, but left at 12:30 (which is the last one) Im definitely not the last one came. I felt Ive been ignored, the staff was very polite, but they are not helping much. The doctor, on the other hand, was not very friendly (I feel). i fell off from mountain bike badly yesterday and worried I might cracked my ribs or got muscle tear. Im having other intense exercise in following days so I want to know how bad the situation is. After heard my story, the doctor asked me have you taken any pain killer, I said no I havent, then the doctor questioned me back why not?. Im like is eating pain killer a normal thing here? I treat all pills seriously and wouldnt take any unless doctor approved, plus if I have taken any pain killer to release the pain, how would I describe my symptoms and how would the doctor examine injury condition? Im not an expert here, have no right to judge, but I do feel been treated impatiently. Btw, as a tourist, you are expected to pay $160 to see a doctor for a 2 mins consulting. Maybe thats how the medical centre do since they are so busy and they are the only one in the town, you dont have choice anyway.

Make sure you book an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance and always expect to be seen 20 mins after your appointment time.
