World Travellers Wanaka

On being 'stranded' in New Zealand while Covid 19 took hold of the world, I got in contact with PAULA MCARTHUR and I really could not have asked for a more professional and understanding travel agent. Paula went over and beyond her call of duty, maintaining me up-to-date regarding flight options and offered me constant reassurance during what was an incredibly stressful situation. She answered all of my questions (often outside of work hours) and was at all times professional, empathetic, and in the end one of the main reasons I was able to get back home (Spain). Thank you again so much Paula and World Travellers Wanaka, I will definitely be contacting you again when making future travel plans!

I recently went through world travellers wanaka and Aisling Dunoyer was my travel agent for my first ever trip overseas, Aisling had put so much extra in my paper work with telling me where to go to get a certain bus or how to get to my next gate at an airport, it was so helpful I was forever pulling that paper work out to get me to where I needed to be, if I did not have that I would've been very insecure as I was travelling by myself, her knowledge of knowing these airports and destinations was bloody amazing. I highly recommend Aisling for sorting your travel arrangements

A huge thank you to Natasha Schurink for the wonderful job of planning our European trip. Our hotels were fantastic and easily accessible to train stations and the breakfasts were great and saved us money. Having the actual train tickets before we left was also great as we didn't need to use the ticket machines and the transfers that were arranged were great especially dealing in different languages. I would definitely recommend Natasha at World Travellers.

Natasha booked us the most amazing honeymoon in Colombia. Took into account everything we told her we'd like and actually exceeded expectations with the standard of the accommodation. We did a lot of different activities and travelling about and every booking, transfer and tour ran super smoothly. Will be using her services next time for sure.
