New Zealand Coach Tours

Hi Angela, Bharty and I would just like to thank you so much for the tour that you organised for us. It was the perfect introduction to New Zealands South Island and it was difficult to find fault with anything really! When you visit a country for the first time you never quite know how things are done, whether people will be on time, and what the accommodation will be like etc etc. Every driver turned up on time (including those at 6am), every driver was friendly, every trip was interestingly explained by the driver and all the accommodation was superb. We were lucky with the weather. To see Mount Cook under a blue sky would have been enough for me, but to also see the lakes under the same sky was just an added bonus. The next day and about twenty minutes after we left a very rainy Mount Cook, the clouds dispersed along Lake Pukaki and we had wonderful blue skies all the way to Queenstown. I was told that the morning we drove to Milford Sound it was lucky that there had been tremendous rain as that simply made the waterfalls on the Sound look so much better. Finally, on the free day we had in Queenstown just before we returned to Australia, I tried hard to see a cloud but failed! What a fantastic setting is Queenstown - wonderful lake, beautiful gardens and just a great place to be. So, many thanks indeed for your efforts which were very much appreciated. I dont know when we will next return to this part of the world but you can rest assured that New Zealand will be very much on the agenda. Thank you. Bharty and Malcolm

Family and I had wonderful experience with New Zealand Tours. Our tour agent Carly was very helpful and always supportive of any changes or additional requests we had. The tour itinerary was customized to our family needs which made the whole trip very enjoyable. We did the 6 day South Island trip with an extra day in Dunedin added in. It was fabulous. The app with the itinerary was so handy. The organisation was fabulous. Everything happened when it should have, a good range of transport was provided and very nice accomodation. Highly recommend.

My uncle and Aunt who travelled from India to Australia and were also travelling to newzealnd. We had a wonderful experience from time of booking to trip as well. Mainly Laurel was very helpful in booking and we had some visa issues and she was wonderful in helping us to change booking as well. She was very patient will all my enquiries and always available on phone to help as well. We can't thank her enough making everything smooth. When they travelled newzealnd everything from airport Pick up to hotel stays were wonderfully organised. Every staff including taxi guys were so very helpful..one of the guys went over and beyond helping by aged uncle n aunt with checking and bag tags. All hotels were comfy and staff was helpful there as well They loved newzealnd as it's a beautiful country Thank you your company is reliable and delivers service it promises. Highly recommended booking with this mob.
