Wanaka Physiotherapy

I fell and hurt my leg skiing at cardrona. The doctor on the mountain saw me first and examined me thoroughly and felt Id damaged my acl but wanted the Physio to look. So I went back as there was no Physio on the day I fell. The Physio asked me a few questions, examined me for about 2 minutes at most, and then said they agreed with doctors diagnosis. I was given no information, no advice, and didnt do my referral for 4 days so upon returning home I have a long wait to see a specialist due to them not receiving the referral quickly. I wasnt given a brace, I wasnt even told how to manage the injury, and no referral for X-rays. I have never experienced such neglect in my life. Then charged $55. For what I do not know. 10 minutes max all up. Dont bother going

Visited recently from Australia after having a fall, these people were excellent. Jenny took time out of her lunch to help me. Everyone went out of their way to assist and I was most appreciative. The sling was fabulous. Thanks Wanaka Physiotherapy.

I have had a bad experience with this practice. I felt like they treated me pretty careless. When i had questions i didnt get the info needed and the general vibe was, do some excersizes, shell be alright. After going 7 times spread over 7 months my issue has only gotten worse, to the point that my knees are clicking with every step, are inflamed and painfull 24/7.
