Starting with the selection process, we had ample time to discuss what we wanted and what was possible and were given great advice about our options.
We were kept fully informed of expected dates and updated as they changed due to the times we are in.
With the install, we weren't 100% happy with how some of the products looked, not a problem, with a few tweaks and adjustments we ended up with exactly what we wanted from when we first talked.
This was as good as it gets in terms of overall experience and we are truly grateful for all the hard work and effort that went into delivering this amazing result.
