I had lovely experience here at subway with a hard working young woman I think her name was Chloe. Although she was just Im assuming in her teens she was super mature and helpful as I struggled with my English. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I am not usually one to leave a review even if my experience is bad because people have bad days and off moments and Im understanding of that. However sadly I feel the need to today. The place was relatively messy and kids were loitering around the restaurant, getting in the way of customers and being really loud. Its not a huge deal but then we realised they were friends of the young blonde girl serving at the till. But she was more busy entertaining her friends than working: she was throwing/spilling stuff on her face ? And was licking the utensils she was using to make coffees with?! Whilst laughing with her friends. I get what its like working fast food as a teen - it can be fun but this is a health and safety issue, and its concerning the young girl felt this was ok behaviour, and also felt comfortable doing it infront of customers?? I want to point out that the other two young guys were fine, and actually I felt bad for one of them who looked annoyed at the situation unfolding. All staff on looked quite young and I feel maybe a senior staff member is needed? Im unsure whether one was considered senior but they obviously didnt feel comfortable to tell the young blond lady her behaviour wasnt ok (they may have not seen all of it as they were actually working). Either way this is a heads up to the owner or management.
