        Started out good but follow up is Zero. Simple as but they couldn't manage a return call/message/email. Disappointing as, rang 3 times and was told 'Dave' would be in touch. Nada Got an email address in the end...and it came back saying l was 'blocked'.

        Will NEVER EVER rent from these guys again. Charged us for a surface scratch (i.e. wear and tear from normal use) as a way to make extra money, because we didn't buy their insurance. Skis were not broken and do not require any sort of repair. A surface scratch is NOT damage. We come to Wanaka every year and have never taken out insurance and have never been charged for damage. We always take good care of everything we rent and have the receipts to prove it. Needed to hire in Qtown and return in Wanaka so thought we'd give these guys a go, but that was a costly mistake. Back to the fabulous team at Racers Edge from now on.
