        Don't go if you don't have to, no staff, one person serving everyone, people made to line up outside, very long wait times, someone needs to be fired and alot more hired. Ridiculous .

        Helpful staff but long wait times. I don't understand why this main Dunedin branch opening hours are only 10am-4.30 despite North Dunedin, Gardens Kiwibank being 8.30-5pm PLUS Saturday 9am-12! My son was frustrated to find the bank closed at 4.45pm yesterday leaving him without funds until Monday. And only today after mid-day(Saturday) did I see DN North hours.

        There's an efficient 'concierge' process in place now - though still only one teller counter. The staff member who attended us was extremely pleasant and helpful.

        Staff are lovely and helpful, can't fault the customer service BUT only having one counter for service is extremely frustrating. Every time I'm in there it's a long queuing time. I wouldn't ever go in if I didn't have to get change for work. Can't stand the experience.
