Walked in to ask if I could have a piercing removed, I was desperate to have help taking it out as the conch piercing was in pretty tight.
I was greeted very kindly and they said they could squeeze me in real quick and took it out for me immediately.
They gave me some good advice about quality earrings and gave me a couple options I could do and I asked how much I owed and they said it was no worries.
Very kind and lovely service! Will definitely be going there for future piercings :) 10/10
