If I could give less than one star I would. Would never use this service again! Booked a bus on Flexi purposely so I knew I could cancel if needed. Had cancelled within the correct timeframe and went back into the booking to check it was cancelled- nothing was showing so assumed it had been. I waited till after the holiday period was over for a refund to come through and contacted Intercity when it didnt. Apparently I was noted down as a no show even though I had cancelled, I then emailed to chase it and was basically told too bad. I then called to speak to someone and was told the team leader had said the same thing so asked to speak to team leader who was actually helpful right up until they were supposed to get back to me about it after investigating a possible glitch in the system and have not heard a peep since. Absolutely rubbish system if your customers can no longer see the booking how are they to know it hasnt been cancelled?! Would not recommend to anyone. As I said to the team leader, I dont even care about the money at this point its the fact that I can still log in and it still shows nothing - as if I never had any booking in the first place.
