I have recently completed the Turning Point course at Richard Joseph, I found the course to be worthwhile and enjoyable. The programme is designed to suit everyone from all different walks of life. Richard, Brendon, and Jack ran the course exceptionally well and encouraged everyone to get involved. There were many aspects that I was able to take away and incorporate into my personal and professional life. Would highly recommend.

I have recently participated in the RJA Leadership program. I found it most enjoyable and worthwhile. It has given me tools which I apply successfully both in and outside the work place. Applying just some of the learnt tools has enabled me to grow and better myself in so many positive ways. The program's objective, the strategies and the way that the program is executed is professional. Anybody would benefit participating. Highly recommended.

Richard is a quiet, but powerful leader, with vast amounts of experience and we have had the pleasure of seeing him work in courses, coaching and our yearly leadership summit as the key speaker. I have undertaken the RJA Leadership programme and Turning Point. I have also been in leadership teams where RJA have facilitated change and growth. All my experiences with RJA have been interesting, thought-provoking and targeted to personal and professional growth. Many concepts learned from Turning Point have stayed with me in my personal and professional life, many years after the programme. RJA are professionals in the modern sense of the word - by recognizing the importance of people. Highly recommend.
