I would just like to say that April Chavez is a serial pest who does not pay her bills so completely disregard her reviews. She did the exact same thing to my small pet sitting business. She refused to pay and then left a one star review on my business page after I refused her service without payment. Its high time us honest hard working businesses stand up to the narcissistic Aprils of this world that think that they are entitled to have services for free and then attempt to ruin our reputations when we dont allow it. April is now completely banned from my business and I encourage any businesses to do the same.

My beauty salon has been quiet the last couple months and we have missed our timely payments. Yesterday we received an email to say our timely account has been suspended due to late payments not received and that we would have 10 days before our account is cancelled to bring payment up to date. Obviously during this suspension we cant take bookings, which is fine but at least we can still See the calendar and I can tell my staff when they are starting and finishing. However today, I get an email to say our account is now Cancelled due to non-payment. So we are unable to login or see any appts whatsoever. I politely asked timely if they had an option to split the payment due to our struggles, which they kindly offered 20% coupon once we reactivated. The emails from timely were quite unprofessional, even replies with the words Yep when I asked about our account being cancelled. We werent able to reactivate this with full payment today, with the salon being quiet, as it was around $915 for 2 months of membership with staff members and sms campaign, which has risen in price over the 5+ years I have remained loyal to timely as a business owner. Now I see the customer service and professionalism is lacking and I am beyond angry and disappointed that right now I cant tell my staff their appt times. When you try to call you get an away message and they take forever to respond via email. I have been trying to fix this politely since yesterday and am now feeling defeated. I feel they have done this to give me no choice but to change booking systems. If you would like an expensive booking system with poor customer assistance, then timely is probably suited for you. However if you have more than 1 staff member youll need to pay an extra fee of around $40 per staff member each month on top of subscriptions, if you are wanting to run sms campaigns you should just manually send these from your business phone for free rather than be charged over $200 per month for an sms campaign throughly timely, and reduce to the basic tier so you dont have to pay ridiculous fees for standard business analytics. At this point we have no choice but to look into other beauty salon booking systems and will not be recommending timely to our beauty students any longer. Very disappointed and angry with this service after being a loyal customer for this many years.
