        Incredible massage from Charmen - her extensive knowledge of muscle anatomy is evident from the way she treats the body. Very relaxed and friendly also. Thanks heaps - Ill definitely be back!

        Was a very nice place to walk into, especially if it's daunting for you, like it was me, lovely welcoming admin. I came out of my appointment feeling great, iknow it's going to take more than one visit to help, but I still feel like I've achieved more than if I had gone to a GP appointment which is 2weeks away. and a much more know how with my lifestyle in general. Will be back again
