My mobile machine died after many years of perfect trouble-free operation. Within 10 minutes of sending Bill an email he came to my customers location and on a public holiday swapped out my machine and I'm back running again. Probably the best service I have ever experienced in my 15 years of service Thanks Bill you certainly are a legend.
