Unfortunately the customer service my partner experienced was not up to a very good standard. She had gone in to purchase flowers and was not greeted in a friendly manner. She had asked a simple question to which she was answered in an extremely demeaning way which made her uncomfortable and ultimately left the store in order to shop elsewhere. I'd like to think that they're aware that people purchase flowers for a variety of reasons, some good and some bad and you never know what someone is going through so it seems very unprofessional that this is the standard of customer service on this occasion.
