        My career as a military unarmed combat instructor comes with a lot of expedient as well as heavy footwork and hard stamp kicking. The nature of my tradecraft has resulted in ankle and foot injuries as well as over forty years of wear and tear. I highly recommend Fit Feet for the treatment of such injuries aches and pains. After year's of punishing my feet and legs and just putting up with foot pain I finally went to fit feet. The result was an end to the pain and a treatment plan to fix the cause of the pain.
