Genuinely the best f45 studio I've been to. I travel a bit for work and when I'm in Dunedin try to make one of their morning classes here. The culture of the staff is outstanding and this rubs off in the energy in studio, always come away feeling stoked

You guys are awesome and I missed you the minute I left the gym. As an F45 regular I've had the pleasure fo visiting about 7 different studios in the past 2 years. I train 5-6 times a week so it's an important part of my life. This one in Dinedin CBD is the best studio I've been to for the vibe, support, systems, encouragement, welcome, friendliness... I could go on. I does have a street view entrance so there is a small street view going on. I met 4 trainers and they were all super awesome. Facility's really nicely kept and clean. Well organised and everything you need to hand. I loved it. Any F45 person should drop in for a session if they're within 100k . it's so worth it! Thanks guys. I hope to see you again soon.

Dropped in for a few classes on a visit home over Xmas: What a great gym! Super friendly coaches with great knowledge and motivation, and fun community environment. I left empowered, inspired and feeling great! 100% recommend!
