        Had an inquiry about a ring, the lady who served me was very dismissive and plain rude, I work in customer service and this isnt something we get tought, sorry for everyone else that felt this way to :(

        Got my engagement ring resized. They didn't say much, just took my finger size and the ring and said ok. Two resizings later and they said that they can't make it any smaller. Would have appreciated knowing the limitations at the start, so I could at least shop around. Basically, I'm left with $100 less and a ring which is still too big. Its pretty upsetting.
