Very rude staff today. My son, who has Down Syndrome, ordered 2 same flavour, same size smoothies today which we usually get as the deal, 2 full for $15.90. Well he got charged $9.90 each for them and when I challenged them they told me he had to say it was the deal to get the discount. Absolutely NOWHERE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN does it say you have to mention the deal. They would not budge as they have the small print facing them that states you have to state you want the deal. They were rude, arrogant and kept repeating they were only doing their job. Last time we buy from them.

Very rude staff. Should give some training to the staff to talk and deal with the customers. Zero star rating if could have an option to do so.

It was worst customer service by the middle east staff. I have just requested for no ice but she said to pay me extra. Not recommended

Really rude staff should have some work ethics. Just told to not add the ice but shes like nah you cant you have to pay again for new order. Not recommended.

Very poor service, I ordered the smoothie deal and asked the staff to add no ice but the staff was very rude and asked me to pay full amount for smoothie without any disclaimer.
