*****update. I have still had zero contact from public trust. The bank, whom have promised will be contacted by public trust, after waiting nearly 5 months are looking at mortgagee sale because they have had NO contact from public trust. The market has dropped, and my property has decreased by $120k approximately (I had a new appraisal done last night) in the time I have been waiting. I was assured the bank had been contacted, but clearly not. I have never encountered such unprofessional, negligent service. I'm really blown away to be honest. I will now be getting a lawyer to look at how to proceed as Public Trust have simply done nothing, and not contacted me, even after an apology letter and assurances thing will be done.********** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have had some trouble engaging with public trust. I made a complaint about communication and was assured it would improve. It did not. I made a verbal complaint and with the managers manager and ow things are starting to get done. But it's taken 3 months of nearly no contact and missed opportunities in terms of settling my parents estate. If I was planning to sell then the markets dropped and I would have lost money. Fortunately I'm not planning to sell, but that is luck not good management on their part. Since the communication channels have been opened things seem to be progressing well. I will update as I go through rhe process of probate. Everyone I have spoken to so far has been compassionate and understanding and sometimes things just get a bit stuffed up, happens to the best of us. So definitely willing to change review if things continue to progress professionally. By all accounts of heard great things about their service, so I am looking forward to getting my parents affairs in order.
