        We purchased a bathroom vanity light from Lighting Direct that was unfortunately faulty. However, they had fantastic after care and I felt they took great care of us as customers. The lady that helped me, I cannot remember her name but she works Saturdays, arranged for a electrician to come and install the new light so we did not have to pay the extra for our sparky. Throughout our renovation we have experienced a few faulty products and our experience with Lighting Direct has been the best by far.
