Patrick is fantastic, been here since its opened few years ago, I dont go here to relax, I go here for pain relief and Patrick is one of only Masseuses in Dunedin that can achieve that, really appreciate his skill

This has to the worst massage I have ever had. Place was dirty. Staff dressed messy, no lotion or and oils used for neck and shoulders, staff looked like they had just crawled out of bed. Music wasn't great no relaxing at all, they had to stop doing myassage to book in another customer, horrible, horrible horrible

The worst massage I have ever had and I have had a lot! I was freezing, massage was mostly painful even after saying softer twice, he continued to be too hard. I wanted a relaxing massage and all you could hear was the ticking clocks and the noise of the mall. I at least thought he may finish with a nice foot massage so, whilst I wanted to get up and leave I chanced itbut even that was painful! Room was disgusting and I couldnt wait for it to end! This place shouldnt be allowed to operate!

Hands down the worst massage Ive ever had. Literally everything about it was bad - awful. We were cold, could hear everything going on in the mall as it was behind curtains, staff struggled with basic English, premises was grotty, massage was VERY uncomfortable despite asking them to go softer twice. They would work on one area for about 5 minutes straight!! Im pretty sure with my zero minutes experience being a massage therapist that I could have done better on my first attempt. My wife had exactly the same experience with a different massage therapist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
