I dont normally review but this place was great! I went in for the travel vaccine clinic, was told by a friendly receptionist on the phone that I must have the $120 consultation to get the vaccines which I found frustrating, as Id already gotten medical advice about which ones to get - however, the consultation was so worth it! I expected a 15 min consultation and a doctors signature but Craig went out of his way to explain all the risks and things to be aware of when travelling Asia, took 1 hour 10 mins of answering all my questions! He was a very honest, charismatic man who really put me at ease. He is clearly very knowledgeable and loves his specialisation, with anecdotal evidence to back up everything he was saying. I really appreciate that he didnt push me into getting any that I couldnt afford, but rather assessed the risk benefit of all of them. That was SO helpful! Then a really lovely curly haired nurse (forgotten her name, unfortunately) talked through all the aspects of the vaccines with me and was so kind in her approach. Gave me a little vaccine passport and doctor prescribed me plenty of anti nauseas etc for travel. They all basically just totally put me at ease and answered every question I had! I had a whopping bill at the end but I know that is not their fault as the vaccines arent subsidised and for the long consultation with an incredibly intelligent doctor, it was worth it! If I wasnt a student, Id switch to this gp practice! Really lovely people who go out of their way to help you out.

Would have been 5 stars before today, now is only 4, have been gling their 7 or 8 years always speaking highly-rated in regards, yet due to experiencing their newest customer service staff over the phone the next few months and today in particular / the older experienced staff were away today, it is not what it used to be , then theirs the manager whom am sure is not the original one from when first went their, yelling at me before blaming an electrician... the doctors are good, always have been, the nurses are great they always have been, yet have noted its declined in quality over 7 or 8 years and is 50% odds on it restoring it's reputation or destroying it currently, then theirs potential loss of profits over a year due to delayed appointments or loss of time it's added up, and is being documented for a civil disputes loss of profit court proceedings in large amounts of upto a potential 250per hour being nice compared to some advertised prices on certain services, today alone their decline is a potential loss of 8 hours so 2k, simply because they do not have an emergency protocol in process for specific situations regarding needed medications and will take their time as a result whilst aware of the court disputes factor
