        We use magic associated with our school which has frequent turn over of staff. No training is provided to the staff about challenging situations or communications techniques, no vulnerable person's checks as per the requirement by law. Kid to adult ratios as set out by ministry Ed are often not meet ie more kids than they should. Covid restrictions set.out by management are applied haphazardly depending on the staff member. I used the service full time for 2 years and last term was the first time homework was completed , a perk advertised as apart of the after.school service. Some staff are actually volunteers and have no idea of the responsibility they have.
