        Went to get some advice for our up coming trip and met with Tony. I left feeling really under valued as a potential customer as he gave no relevant advice at all and was dismissive to answer my questions. I went in wanting to get more information and he couldnt tell me anymore than what I already knew. I came out no better off than before I went in. I really hope that future customers receive better customer service than what I did. Definitely some more training on customer service and a willingness to help find relevant information as it seemed he wasnt interested in helping us. Unfortunately we will need to take our business elsewhere.
