I had a horrible experience with Classic Mobiles and would give them 0 stars if possible. I took my Macbook in to get the screen fixed. When I returned to pick it up it wouldnt load back in to my profile and I am now without a functioning laptop. The employee claimed it wasnt his fault and wanted to charge me $100 to put the old screen back on. When I looked closer, wiring at the bottom of the screen was exposed and damage to the screen had already occurred. It was only then the employee offered to put the broken screen back on and refund the deposit I had payed. Ive had official apple resellers look at the laptop and they have no idea what the employees at Classic Mobiles did but no one has been able to gain access to it. If I had known the service I was going to receive was going to leave my laptop in a worse condition than when I took it in, I would have never fallen for their cheaper prices. I have lost my data and numerous irreplaceable documents. Please think twice before using Classic Mobiles.
