        Poor customer service, Arnold (manager) was threatening to revoke hotel credit over the phone based off my attitude, considering we had just lost our flights to the city due to the cyclone (something out of our control), not sure what kind of attitude he was expecting after losing so much money. Very unprofessional service and way of dealing with a customer thats just thrown money at the front door. Keep your credit mate. Cheers
