They were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job in placing items where we wished them to go. Careful and considerate.         Highly recommended! This was our second major move with Crown, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a relocation from the US to NZ - I wouldn't use anyone else. The customer service and communication was clear & timely from my first enquiry until the arrival date (a span of many months). Their experts handled all issues including packing, customs and insurance. Lastly, the Dunedin-based delivery team of Paul, Leyton and Tyson were friendly, efficient, on-time, and all-around good guys (the dog didn't even bark at them).
