        I was looking for a guitar for a while now. I just described what I was looking for and the very friendly and competent employee helped me to find my dream guitar exactly with all the features I wanted and in my budget. While staying calm, attentive and very professional all the time. There was a costumer having an issue with a special discount product, they handled them with respect and very gentle without being rude. Nice to witness how they treat even complicated situations. Further on I got my bundle with guitar, strings, belt and bag all nicely put together and left with a huge smile on my face. To this day astonished by the beautiful instrument!
