Milburn and Neill Optometrists

Managed to squeeze in an appointment very short notice. The Optometrist who saw me was absolutely lovely: enthusiastic, kind, punctual and friendly. The receptionist was also helpful and understanding. The shop feels a little worn inside but this was more than compensated by the fantastic service. I felt safe and at ease. Would definitely recommend.

My mum & I decided to try a new optometrist after not being happy with Specsavers. We are both SO glad we did! We each had a different optometrist (they booked us in at the same time which was fantastic as we live out of town & travelled in together) & both of them were so lovely, friendly & talked/explained what they were doing etc. We were both made to feel very comfortable & informed the whole time. Also, the office staff are great to deal with. If you are looking for an optometrist then absolutely try these guys, we can't be happier & will not be changing!!!

Thank you for the wonderful service I have received. Callum is an excellent Optometrist who goes the extra mile. He is thorough, knowledgeable and provides a range of services. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended

I have been going to this practise for over 60 yrs now and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Friendly reception staff along with the highly trained Optometrists make me feel that they are all only here to help. I know my sight has been a bit trying at times for both Cullum and before him David, but Kerarings and cataract replacement on Cullums advice have made to world of difference for me. Thanks team

Amazing friendly staff. Always a warm greeting from reception and Optomestist, Karyn was insightful and patient, taking the time to explain and educate me on my condition something I struggled to even get diagnosed at other specialists and medical practices. I highly recommend.
