        My experience with the Orthotic Department was all positive. The man who saw me soon after I arrived was very friendly and relaxed and made the process easy for us. Once he had shown us a different type of shoe and described the benefits of it he said he would order a pair for me. When they arrived I was given another appointment to pick them up, this all went well too. The entire process was relaxed and pleasant.
