        I have never stuck with an exercise class before Barre Base. Rosa and her team are so welcoming, friendly and really inspire! They have reached the perfect balance of pushing you to do better but also giving yourself the space to move in a way that resonates with your body on any given day. The space is beautiful and they have everything you need for a weirdly relaxing work out. You just have to show up! You wont regret it.

        Everyone needs Barre Base and Rosa in their life. As a barre, yoga and pilates teacher myself I can say I am constantly inspired to move at Barre Base. Barre has made me feel even stronger than ever before. Rosa is so passionate about what she does and it really shows in her teaching. All the teachers are so great at what they do. The community is kind and welcoming. You have to give it a go!

        An absolute gem. Rosa and her team are unfailingly kind, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Barre Base is not a noisy, 'shouty' gym but a wonderful oasis of thoughtful, effective movement. There are all sorts of classes from gentle stretches to yoga to cardio - all with options so everyone can be as comfortable or as challenged as they choose. I woke up one morning and found a whole load of muscles I never knew I had. They'd just sneaked up on me. Barre Base is affordable. It works.
