Top person to deal with, totally committed to the task, with ourselves at the forefront his approach. Our experience with Andrew as our agent was absolutely superb. His knowledge of the market was beyond our expectations and his ability to transform that knowledge into an excellent sale price was simply amazing. From the first meeting to the completed sale he was totally focused on what we wanted to achieve and went to unexpected lengths to help us. Plenty of words come to mind in describing this farce of a letting agency. Moldy - like the homes they let. If you have an issue and contact Cutlers, they will take weeks or months to address the issue - or even not at all. Then they have the audacity to try to claim part of the deposit on things that were reported months before moving out and never addressed by themselves. This is dishonest and incompetent to the core. Go elsewhere for your letting needs. Definitely avoid these people. Matt Cutler is an amateur.
