"lone star" so true lol. hot food is supposed to be hot, that's the bare minimum for any restaurant. and for one that's so showy and pricey you'd think they would take the time to properly cook their food. i ordered the chicken nibbles bc i knew that was something i would like. when they arrived they were warm, not hot at all (same with the other dishes on my end of the table). and you know how you can just tell the difference between food that has cooled down, and cold food that was never warm to begin with? about a third of the chicken was the latter. i did eat most of it because i was hungry and trying to be nice, but it was so disappointing and straight up bad to serve it like that. + the fact that everyone else's food was merely warm also. i am someone who really does respect hospitality workers (btw the waitresses did nothing wrong) but i straight up disrespect whoever thought it was worth $$$ to serve their customers cold-to-warm meat. like, they didn't even wait for it to heat up properly. that's how i would cook for somebody i hated. do better.
